Support

The game is under active development. If something looks wrong, it probably is — and hearing about it helps more than you would think.

Found a problem? Write to [email protected]. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened. If you can, give us your village nickname and roughly the time — with that we can go and look at exactly what the server recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to install anything?

No. The game runs in the browser, on desktop and on phone, at the same address. Android and iPhone apps are planned, but the game is the same — and so is the village.

Why do I need to sign in?

Because your village lives on the server, not in your browser. The account is what lets you find the same village on your phone, on your work computer and after wiping your machine. You can sign in with Google — then we store no password at all, Google is the one confirming who you are — or create an account with email and password right on the sign-in card.

I forgot the password of my email account

On the sign-in screen, click Send a link and give the account email: a message arrives with a link to choose another password. It is valid for one hour and works only once. If you signed in with Google, the password is your Google account password — change it there.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam; and if it still does not come, write to [email protected] from the registered address, which is how we know it is you.

I lost my progress!

If at some point you played without signing in, that village stayed tied to that browser. Signing in with the same Google account always brings you back to yours. If something disappeared anyway, tell us: the world is backed up regularly and it can be investigated.

I was attacked while offline. Is that normal?

It is — the world does not stop when you close the game, and that is what makes time worth something here. Three things help: leaving troops at home (they really do defend), using the defence grid in the Village Center to place them, and building the Defense Tower — it fights on its own, and while a tower stands the village does not fall.

What about the five-day beginner shield?

It applies from the first minute. Every newly founded village spends five days safe from attack, which is the time to learn the game calmly. The protection drops by itself when the period ends, and it covers defence only: you can attack whenever you want, shield or no shield.

Can I play on two accounts?

We would rather you did not. Two of your own villages feeding each other spoil the map for your neighbours, and the Market stops meaning trade. There is no technical block yet; there is a request.

My nickname is wrong / I want to change it

For now the nickname is chosen once, at first sign-in — it shows in the chat, on the leaderboard and on your village sign, and changing it would leave a broken trail in all three. If yours came out really bad, tell us and it can be fixed by hand.

A troop shows up as a coloured square

That is artwork that has not arrived yet. Today every troop in the game has its own, so the square is almost always the picture still downloading: wait a few seconds and reload the page. Either way, it works normally in battle — all that is missing is the image.

House rules

Privacy, in a few lines

We keep your Google account identifier (a number), the nickname you chose and your game progress. We also note which days you played — that is how we know whether the game is getting better or worse — and, if you arrived through an ad, which campaign you came from.

All of it stays on our own server: we use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, nothing goes to an advertising company and nothing is sold. Want your account and your village deleted? Write to [email protected].

The full version — what we keep, for how long, your rights — is in the Privacy Policy, and the rules of the game are in the Terms of Use.
